Return & Refund Policy
At Mud and Mission, every product is made just for you! Since we use a print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with your order. But don’t worry—we stand by our mission (and our merch), so if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.
Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items – If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we’ve got you covered! Just email us at mudandmission@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item with:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
We'll review your request and send a replacement or issue a refund.
What’s Not Covered?
🚫 Buyer’s Remorse & Wrong Size Orders – Since each item is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for ordering the wrong size or if you change your mind. Be sure to check the size guide before purchasing!
🚫 Lost Packages Due to Incorrect Address – We ship to the address provided at checkout, so please double-check before placing your order. We can’t refund orders with incorrect addresses, but we can help you reorder.
